Life has been a journey of transformation and growth for me, marked by overcoming personal struggles and embracing my true potential. I’ve learned that seeking validation from others or searching for love in all the wrong places only leads to temporary fulfillment. Through these challenges, I discovered the profound power of seeing myself through the eyes of divine love, recognizing that I am an extraordinary masterpiece created by God. This revelation ignited a passion within me to help others achieve the same self-awareness and confidence, guiding them to see themselves not as they do, but as God sees them—capable of greatness and deserving of success.

Professionally, my journey is just as diverse and enriching. In my earlier career, I managed five departments in the hospitality industry, honing my leadership and organizational skills over 13 years. This experience taught me the importance of teamwork, resilience, and effective communication in a fast-paced environment. Transitioning into academia, I spent over 18 years in various roles, including Director of Career Services, Associate Dean of Online Learning, and Marketing Professor. Teaching marketing, management, and leadership courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels allowed me to inspire and mentor countless students, shaping the next generation of leaders.

In the past eight years, I’ve ventured into entrepreneurship, successfully running my own business while also serving as a marketing professor and a certified life coach. My certifications as a Master Life Coach, Master Mindset Life Coach, Solution-Focused Coach, and Goal Success Coach empower me to specialize in mindset and thought transformation, solution-focused empowerment, and personal growth coaching. I work with both men and women individually, in group sessions, workshops, and online platforms, helping them build unwavering confidence, master effective communication, and achieve their personal and professional goals.
